لقد أصبح منحنى التطور التكنولوجي والرقمي في وسائل الاعلام يتمركز حول مختلف البرامج التي تثير الأطفال وعلى الأخص في المراحل الأولى من حياتهم ومن ناحية أخرى يقوم التلفزيون بدور فعال في نقل الكثير من المعلومات والأفكارللأطفال وخاصة التي لا يقابلونها بسهولة في حياتهم اليومية كما إن التلفزيون يجمع بين الصوت والصورة مما يزيد من قوة تأثيره حيث أصبح للطفل علاقة قوية بالتلفزيون نظرا لفاعليته في حياته خاصة الاجهزة المحمولة التي يقبل علىاستخدامها الكثير والعديد من الأطفال وذلك بسبب توفر الإمكانيات المتاحة لمشاهدتها وتوفر الانترنت والتلفزيون في كل البيوت ومدة عرضها للبرامج طيلة اليوم مما يجعل الطفل أكثر صلة وتعلق بينه وبين هذه القنوات التي تشبع حاجاته ورغباته لما تقدمه من براج يجدها الطفل متناسبة وقدراته.
