هَدف ت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات المعلمين نحو فرص النمو المهني ومقترحاتهم التطويرية، وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المعلمين بمحافظة عفيف، واستخدمت الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة مكونة من ) 84 ( معلما خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام 1441 / 1442 ه، ولتحليل البيانات استخدم الباحثان التكرارات والنسب المئوية والانحراف المعياري واختبار مان وتني، وأظهرت النتائج وجود اتجاهات إيجابية للمعلمين نحو فرص النمو المهني،
