ويتناول الفصل السادس قضية هامة تتعلق بأخلاقيات مهنة التعليم.
وأخيرا، يتناول الفصل السابع الجانب الإجرائي والتخطيطي لأنشطة وبرامج التنمية المهنية.
والكتاب في مجمله لا يقدم وصفة جاهزة يمكن اتباعها وتنفيذها، بل يقدم مداخل ومقاربات من شأنها التعرف أكثر وأكثر إلى ذلك المفهوم الذي طالما تناولناه بشكل ضيق وغير متكامل. ويفتح بدقة على ما يجري في السياق الغربي من تفاعلات وتحولات من شأنها ولادة المفهوم من جديد.
