تتولد الميزة التنافسية التي تسعى المنظمات لخلقها والمحافظة عليها من خلال تطوير مستمر لقدرتها التنافسية لتحقيق غايتها في البقاء و التوسع.
و قدرتها التنافسية التي تتجلى بالتَمَيُّز عن منافسيها تنعكس في نفس الوقت -من وجهة نظر عملائها- من خلال قدرتها على تقديم مخرجات مُتَمَيَّزة تجذب عملائها و تجعلهم يفضلون منتجاتها عن سواها.
وعليه، فإن بقاء أي منظمة مرهون بالغاية من وجودها «الغاية = توفير متطلبات القدرة على البقاء و التَمَيُّز» ونجاحها في ذلك مرهون بـ «الوسيلة = التَمَيُّز المؤسسي». ولذلك فـ التَمَيُّز المؤسسي يتمثل « بقدرة المنظمة على توفير متطلبات بقائها و توسعها من خلال التطوير المستمر لتَميُّز ما تقدمه لعملائها عن منافسيها» و يتولد ذلك التطوير المستمر -بشكل أساسي- من كفاءة وفعالية آليات استثمار مواردها المتاحة وفق متغيرات بيئتها الخارجية لتلبية حاجات ورغبات عملائها.
في هذا الكتاب نقدم نظريتنا في الإدارة الإستراتيجية بالتكامل ©MBI و مَنهجها التطبيقي من خلال ثلاثية التَمَيُّز المؤسسي ©PDD بالاعتماد على هيكلها التكاملي ©IOS ونموذجها الاستراتيجي ©IMM بعد أن أثبتت تطبيقاتها العملية أنها خير منهج يحقق للمنظمة البقاء والتَمَيُّز.

The competitive advantage that organizations seek to create and maintain is generated through the continuous development of their competitiveness to achieve their goal of survival and expansion.
And its competitiveness, which is reflected by differentiation from its competitors, is reflected at the same time - from the point of view of its customers - through its ability to provide distinct outputs that attract its customers and make them prefer its products over others.
Accordingly, the survival of any organization is contingent on the purpose of its existence “the goal = providing the requirements for the ability to survive and differentiate” and its success in that is contingent on “the means = institutional excellence”. Therefore, institutional excellence is represented by “the ability of the organization to provide the requirements for its survival and expansion through continuous development to distinguish what it offers to its customers from its competitors.” This continuous development mainly results from the efficiency and effectiveness of the mechanisms for investing its available resources according to the variables of its external environment to meet the needs and desires of its customers.
In this book, we present our theory of strategic management by integration MBI© and its applied approach through the triad of institutional excellence PDD© based on its integrative structure IOS© and its strategic model IMM© after its practical applications have proven to be the best approach that achieves the survival and distinction of the organization.
