وقد بدأ المؤلف عبدالوهاب عبدالسلام طويلة القسم الأول من الكتاب عن البشرية والنبوة والفصل الأول من هذا القسم يتناول النبوة والعقل، والفصل الثاني عن دلائل النبوة، والفصل الثالث عن بشارات الأنبياء به صلى الله عليه وسلم، والفصل الرابع عن البعثة وأدوار الدعوة، ثم ينتقل بعد ذلك للقسم الثاني وهو تعريف موجز بدين الإسلام، والفصل الأول منه خصائص الدين الإسلامي وأركانه، والفصل الثاني عن النظم التشريعية وخصائصها.
