يتضمن الكتاب مواضيع هامة في نقل الأعضاء البشرية من جسم إنسان الى آخر فقد قسم الكتاب الى بابين الأول: عن نقل البشرية غير المشروع لجسم الإنسان الحي الفصل الأول تحدث عن الحماية الجنائية لجسم الإنسان والإستثناءات الواردة عليها ومنها إباحة العمل الطبي ومشروعية نقل الأعضاء البشرية في إطارها القانون والشرعي، الفصل الثاني كرس لاستقطاع العضو البشري والتصرف به من أجل إظهار التكييف القانوني لهذه الواقعة في الضوء النصوص التجريمية أما الفصل الثالث فكان للاستيلاء على العضو المنفصل، الباب الثاني: تناول فيه التصرف غير المشروع الواقع على أعضاء جسم الإنسان الميت الذي يستولي عليه لغرض الإستفاده منه وقسم هذا الباب الى ثلاث فصول بين في الأول ماهية الموت وتحديد لحظة الموت أمر ضروري لأن الحماية الجنائية تختلف حسب إذا ما كان الشخص حياً أم ميتاً كما تطرق لقضية الإنعاش الصناعي، الفصل الثاني حدد فيه الحدود فيه الحدود القانونية والشرعية للاستيلاء على الأعضاء من الجثة أما الفصل الثالث يبحث في التكييف القانوني للاستيلاء على الجثة أو جزء منها وفي الخاتمة كانت نتائج التوصيات التي خرج بها الكاتب من بحثه.
