مركز الأبحاث والإستشارات القانونية صادر جزء جديد من مجموعة «صادر في الاجتهاد المقارن» يضاف الى الأجزاء السابقة وآخرها الحجز التنفيذي، أبصر النور تحت عنوان «الكفالة». يعالج الكتاب الكفالة بجوانبها كافة، وهو يتوزع على ستة فصول تتناول أحكاما عامة كتعريف الكفالة وطبيعتها، وعقد الكفالة لناحية الإنعقاد والإثبات والتفسير والتحرير، وآثارها بين الدائن والمدين وحقوق الأطراف. أما الفصل الرابع فيفصّل الحديث عن أنواع الكفالة ومنها الكفالة المدنية والتجارية والمصرفية والكفالة لأول طلب والكفالة لرفع الحجز، بالإضافة الى الكفالة التضامنية، الجزائية، معالجا المسائل المتعلقة بها كافة معالجة دقيقة وشاملة. وفي الفصل الخامس معالجة لطرق انقضاء الكفالة كالرجوع عنها وسقوطها وانتهاء أجلها فيما يتطرق الفصل السادس والأخير الى مسائل تطبيقية كعقد الإيجار، والبيع، والقرض، والرهن، وحق الحبس، والسلفة الوقتية، والمنع من السفر، والتجارة البحرية، والرابطة الزواجية. كل ذلك ضمن توثيق وتبويب وفهرسة مدعمين بخبرة مركز الأبحاث والإستشارات القانونية صادر وبخاصة الأستاذين راني صادر ونجيب عبد النور. يحفل الكتاب كذلك بقائمة بالمراجع والمصطلحات وبفهرس تسلسلي بالمواضيع وآخر هجائي يسهلان عملية البحث ويختصران الوقت والجهد للوصول الى المعلومة المرادة.
