هذه دراسة فقهية تأصيلية لأحكام المنظومات العقدية المستحدثة، التي ينضوي تحت كل معاملة منها مجموعة عقود وورود مترابطة الأجزاء متعاقبة المراحل، صممت ووضعت لأداء وظيفة محددة، وفقاً لشروط تحكمها لمعاملة واحدة. لا تقبل التفكيك والاجتزاء أو التغيير الهيكلي، يجري التواطؤ المسبق بين طرفيها على إجرائها على نسق محدد ونظام مرتب، يهدف إلى تحقيق المصلحة أو الغرض الذي اتجهت إرادة العاقدين وقصدهما إلى بلوغه.
وقد قسمت هذه الدراسة إلى خمسة مباحث، تناول أولها مفهوم العقود المركبة وحكمها الأصلي، وعرض الثاني لضوابط الشرعية للجمع بين العقود في معاملة واحدة، وشرح المبحث الثالث الرخص والتخفيفات الشرعية في الجمع بين العقود، وتكلم الرابع عن حقيقة وخصائص وأنواع المواطأة على الجمع بين العقود، والأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بها، وخصص المبحث الخامس لبيان التطبيقات المعاصرة للعقود المركبة، طبيعتها، وخصائصها، وأحكامها العامة، وبعض نماذجها في المصارف الإسلامية.
