.. ها هو عالم اليوم يطوف على أُسسٍ مرجعيّةٍ نسبيّةٍ في مجال الثقافة والإعتبار القانونيّ والنظريّات الماليّة الإقتصاديّة السياسيّة في ظلِّ فراغٍ حادّ حول "مواثيق البشريّة" وذلك لصالح "المواطنيّة" وضمن تيّارٍ هائل يصرّ على إعدام المرجعيّات السابقة وإعادة كتابة العلام من فراغ مع ما يستتبع هذا الأمر من كارثة مدوّية في مجال الإجتماع والثقافة والإقتصاد والثورة وغير ذلك.
ولأنّ الرأسماليّة المنتصرة تجتاح العالم بشكلٍ سريعٍ وواسع كان لا بدَّ من إستحضارها بشكلٍ دقيقٍ ليس من بابِ أنّها "نظريّة إقتصاد السوق والمبادرة الفرديّة" فحسب، بل من بابِ أنّها تُشكِّل بُنى هذا الموجود في "الإجتماع السياسيّ العالمي" الذي يخوض مغامراتٍ تدميريّة واسعة في العالم بحثاً عن الثروة والمصلحة والمال... وحتى تصبح الأمور على نحوٍ واضحٍ لا بدَّ من الإشارةِ إلى أنّ "إعادة هيكلة العالم" اليوم تجري على نحوٍ مختلفٍ عن عصر كينونة الدولة وذلك لصالح "كتلويّة التجمّع" أو إعادة صياغة الإتّحادات على نحو فيدراليّ أو سوقيّ أو أمميّ وبطريقة تضمن وجهاً محوريّاً في صناعة قرارات الأمم للربح الذاتي وليس العالمي..
من هنا، فإنَّ العالم يشهد مجموعة سمات رئيسيّة تتحرك وفق بُنى الرأسماليّة.
