إنّ هذه الأوراق كَتَبَتْنِي قبل أن} أَكْتَبَها... حِبْرُها الدموع... وحروفُها مرتبطة عضوياً بالمحنة الراهنة وتضاريسها الداكنة...
وإذا كان لهذه الكلمات من سِمَةٍ، فَسِمَتُها الصراحة بعيداً عن المجاملة والتعتيم على ما يجترحه السلطويون من أخطاء وخطايا...
وهي إلى ذلك، إضامةٌ من أشواق وتطلعات إلى الغد العراقي العراقي المنشود، المخضل بعطر الأمن والإستقرار والإزدهار، والحافل بفصول جديدة من المجد والإبداع والشموخ، تضاف إلى صفحات أمجاده وإبداعاته وعراقته وأصالته.
وقد بدأت تلوح في الأفق مقدمات الشروع (بالإصلاح) والتغيير وإنْ كانت بطيئةً متأنية... إلا أننا نأمل أنْ تكون أول الغيث...
