ازاء ما صافه مؤلف هذا الكتاب من معاناة وقلق وخوف ممزوج بالرهبة من المباريات التي تجري للدخول إلى نقابة المحامين، تولّدت لديه الرغبة والنية في التفتيش عن هذه المسابقات ولملمتها من جيوب الرفاق والأصحاب، والمكتبات، وتوثيقها في هذا الكتاب الذي بين أيدينا، ووضع الحلول القانونية والأجوبة لها... وفي الحقيقة أن مؤلف هذا الكتاب توخى أمرين من مؤلفه هذا: الأمر الأول: هو مساعدة رفاق له في درب العلم، وتقديم نماذج الأسئلة المعتمدة في نقابة المحامين في المباريات التي تجريها ووضعها بين أيديهم غداة يوم المباراة، وإسقاط حاجز الخوف والرهبة التي تلازمها.
فاستعرض هذه الأسئلة سنة فسنة ابتداء من عام 1990 ولتاريخه. الأمر الثاني: وضع أجوبة ودراسات هذه الأسئلة، مرتكزاً إلى خميرة جيدة في ذاكرته القانونية، وإلى مراجع قانونية عديدة أشار إليها في كتابه، ولم تفته الدراسات المقارنة في بعض المواضيع القانونية المطروحة وأفرز لها ميّزاً وافياً، وقدم الكثير من الآراء والاجتهادات لذات السؤال، وأبدى رأيه في معظمها وكأنه يحاول أن يلج بحر المعرفة من بابه الواسع وهو على أولى درجات السلم، فجاء عمله طموحاً، سهلاً واضحاً بسيطاً، يحاكي عقول ثقافة هذه الفئة من الشباب التي اختارت رسالة المحاماة وعلم القانون طريقاً لها.
