إن فكرة هذا الكتاب ليست حديثة، ولكن أسلوب الحل كان جديداً من خلال طريقة الإجابة على الأسئلة بدقة واقتضاب، ومن خلال التركيز على بعض النقاط القانونية التي تستأهل أن يفيها طالب التدرج حقها من خلال معالجتها.
