يأتي هذا الكتاب تحت عنوان "القضاء العسكري في النظرية والتطبيق" مستعرضاً صلاحيات القضاء العسكري، وأعمال محاكمه ودوائره، بدأ من الملاحقة والتحقيق فالمحاكمة بكافة درجاتها، وصولاً إلى الأصول والقواعد التي تخضع لها، وطرق الطعن في القرارات والأحكام الصادرة فيها، مع إبراز أوجه التشابه أو الإختلاف ما بين نصوص مواده الحالية والملغاة من جهة، ونصوص القوانين الجزائية من جهة أخرى، وذلك في هوامش الكتاب منعاً للتكرار. مركزاً على الجانب التطبيقي في المراحل كافة، مستنداً إلى القوانين الجزائية والمراجع القانونية المتوافرة، مستعيناً بقرارات وأحكام قضائية، صادرة عن المراجع القضائية المختصة التي سبق أن تناولت بعض المواضيع المطروحة في هذا الكتاب، والتي من شأنها المساهمة في توضيح مسائل البحث من جهة وفتح باب النقاش واسعاً، حيال بعض المسائل القانونية المعروضة، من جهة أخرى.
ومن أجل البحث في هذه التفاصيل، قسم هذا الكتاب إلى بابين: الباب الأول بعنوان الملاحقة والتحقيق ويتضمن أربعة فصول موزعة كالتالي: الفصل الأول: صلاحيات القضاء العسكري، الفصل الثاني: الدعوى العامة، الفصل الثالث: سلطات الملاحقة، الفصل الرابع: قضاء التحقيق العسكري.
والباب الثاني بعنوان المحاكم العسكرية، ويتضمن ثلاثة فصول موزعة كالآتي: الفصل الأول: القاضي المنفرد العسكري، الفصل الثاني: المحكمة العسكرية الدائمة، الفصل الثالث: محكمة التمييز العسكرية.
وفي الختام، فقد أنهى الكتاب، بسلسلة اقتراحات، لتعديل بعض أحكام قانون القضاء العسكري بغية رفع أداء عمل المحاكم العسكرية، وزيادة نتاجها.
