تقوم فكرة هذا الكتاب على دلائل الإعجاز الرباني في جسم الإنسان الهدف منها إبراز جوانب إعجازاته اكتشفها العلم التجريبي على مدار سنوات طويلة في كيفية عمل أجهزة الجسم البشري، وكيفية التناغم والتناسق الرباني بين كل جهاز وعضو، بل بين كل خلية وأخرى حتى يتحقق الهدف من خلقها، وإظهار حقائق عن تكوين جسم الإنسان ووظائف أعضائه المختلفة... ومهما يكن من أمر فإن هذا الكتاب بمجموع محاوره يفصح عما اشتملت عليه أيُ الذكر الحكيم من إعجاز رباني في تكوين الإنسان، بدايةً من تخصيب للبويضة وانتهاءً ببلوغ الإنسان سن الكهولة. فهذا الكتاب ينطق بما احتوى عليه الإنسان، ذلك المخلوق من الماء، كما قال تعالى: "وهو الذي خلق من الماء بشراً فجعله نسباً وصهراً وكان ربك قديراً" [الفرقان 541]. ذلك المخلوق من التراب، قال تعالى: "ومن آيته أن خلقكم من تراب ثم إذا أنتم بشرٌ تنتشرون" [الروم/ 20].
وبناءً على ما تقدم يجمع هذا الكتاب بين العلم والإيمان، وقد توزع على اثنتي عشرة فصلاً تناولت: خلق الإنسان، والحواس الخمس، والدورة الدموية، والجهاز التنفسي، والجهاز العصبي لجسم الإنسان، والعضلات والهيكل العظمي، والجهاز الهضمي، و(الجهاز البولي)، والغدد الصماء والهرمونات، وجهاز المناعة، والشعر والأظافر والأسنان، ويختتم الكتاب بـ: موضوعات متنوعة: نصائح ومعلومات مفيدة عن جسم الإنسان...
