في هذا الديوان، يسعى الشاعر "بلال المصري" إلى تحويل الفكرة إلى شعور متدفق وتحويل الشعور مرة أخرى إلى فكرة فلسفية متكاملة تتخطى صورية المنطق الشعري عند الشعراء الآخرين إلى جدل يستمد لحمته من تجربة الشاعر الذاتية.
يقسم الشاعر كتابه إلى قسمين: القسم الأول بعنوان "تصاعد الياسمين كالرصاص" ويضم ستة عشرة قصيدة. والقسم الثاني بعنوان "اللعب العظيم (حواريات)" ويضم ثماني عشرة قصيدة. وفي كلا القسمين رأينا كيف تتحول القصيدة إلى فكر فلسفي إنساني، يعلن فيه الشاعر وحدته وانتظاره حيناً، وعجزه عن تفسير ما حوله من فوضى وقتل حيناً أخرى.
في قصيدة بعنوان (إنتحار البوصلة) يقول الشاعر:
"إنهم ميتون/ بل قتلة/ قتلة!/ على ما أظن/ حاول أن تسأل أحدهم/ حسناً/ ماذا ستسأله؟/ هل أنت ميِّت؟/ بل عليك أن تسأله: هل أنت قتيل؟/ ولكن من قتله؟/ أنا/ أنت!/ نعم/ إذاً هم قتلة؟/ نعم/ لم قتلتهم؟/ من تقصد؟/ الناس الميتين/ لم يكونوا ميتين قبل أن أقتلهم (...)".
وهكذا نجد الشاعر يبحث في اللغة ومفرداتها عن منفذ يعيد صياغة عالمه الشعري، لذلك نراه يبتعد عن الألفاظ القاموسية لأنها لا تتيح للشاعر تلك الرؤى التي يبحث عنها، فيلجأ إلى تفجير اللغة بمعنى تبديل العلاقات اللغوية بين الكلمات، بإعادة تشكيل العلاقات المنطقية مما يطلق العنان للغة لإعطاء دلالات فارقة قد يراها البعض جريئة، ولكنها نجحت في أن تقود القارىء إلى استيعاب تلك العلاقات المدهشة في عالم الشعر عند "بلال المصري".
