كما يشرح هذا الكتاب شرحاً مبسطاً عن تاريخ بعض القبائل البحرينية منذ العصر الجاهلي وصدر الإسلام إلى جانب السرد لدور بعض القبائل الحديثة كما في هذا الكتاب شرح عن نسب العائلة المالكة وتفصيل عن أعلام قبائل مملكة البحرين السابقين وكذلك من منهم في الوقت الحاضر من شيوخ قبائل بارزين في المجتمع البحريني وكذلك بعض العلماء المنتسبين لهذه القبائل.
وخلاصة القول فهذا الكتاب هو تعريف عن سكان مملكة البحرين لمن يهتم من الباحثين والمثقفين وعامة القراء في الوطن العربي الكبير من المحيط إلى الخليج.
