ورغم كل هذا نرى محاولات الإصلاح وتدابير الخروج من تلك الأزمات، على قادرة القدرة التي ما زال يتختزلها النموذج الرأسمالي في التجديد خاصة في مركزه الرئيسي، وعلى حساب بقية المراكز الراكدة في فلكه، هذا ناهيك عن مهام التنمية ومحاربة الفقر حسب المهام الملحة مع الألفية الثالثة.
