شخصت المشكلات وأوجدت الآليات، وقامت بالتغييرات اللازمة، فانتقلت اقتصاداتها من حال إلى حال، ومجتمعاتها من مستوى إلى أعلى وأرقى.
إنها اقتصادات تدق بقوة وإصرار أبواب العالم المتقدم وتعيد ترتيب المواقع والأدوار.
إنها توسم القرن الحادي والعشرين بسماتها، وتطبعه بإنجازاتها.
الاقتصادات الناشئة تشق طريقها، وسط الأزمات المتوالية على الصعيد العالمي فتصر على مقاييس ومعايير مختلفة وبالتالي تستعصي عن التأثر بتلك الأزمات في زمن العولمة الراهنة.
إنها أوسع مما شملنا بين دفتي هذا الكتاب نأمل أن يتواصل الجهد وأن تكون البداية طيبة.
