لقد دخل الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم إلى المدينة المنورة وكان أول عمله بعد المؤاخاة بين المهاجرين والأنصار، هو توقيعه الرقيم أي العهد فيما بينه وبين سكان المدينة من يهود ونصارى، وفيه "أن لليهود ما لنا وعليهم ما علينا" فكيف يدعي بعض المسلمين إتباع رسولهم العظيم في حين، وهم يرفضون أخاً لهم في الإسلام محرضين عليه بدل احتضانه ومحبته، فإن كان الشيعي لا يقبل سنياً، والسنيّ لا يقبل الشيعي بحجة الإختلاف في المذهب والعقيدة، فلماذا إذن يتقبل السني المالكي السني الحنفي؟ ولماذا يتقبل الشيعي الجعفري الشيعي الإسماعيلي أو الزيدي؟ ولماذا يتقبل مقلدوا المراجع الشيعية بعضهم بعضاً؟ وهل الخلاف بين السنة والشيعة، هو خلاف أكبر من الخلاف بين الشيعة والشيعة وبين السنة والسنة!!
هكذا يحاول المؤلف إبراز الخلل الحاصل في المجتمع الإسلامي عموماً وفي المجتمع الكويتي على وجه الخصوص، إذ هو يقول بأن أهل المذهب الإسلامي الشيعي في الكويت نصيب كبير من حملات الإفتراء والتشويه، لذا كانت مبادرته هذه للرد على قدر استطاعته وعلمه على إفتراء المعترضين على عقائد المسلمين الشيعة بطريقة مبسطة وبلغة سهلة غير مملة، ثم ليرد في نفس الوقت على المشككين بعروبة ووطنية شيعة الكويت وشيعة الخليج عامة وولائهم لأوطانهم قبل أي شيء آخر.
وهذه أم المحاور التي جاءت ضمن هذا الردّ، هل الأساس في المواطنة المذهب؟، هل الشيعة في الخليج عرب؟، شيعة الخليج في التاريخ. الشيعة في الكويت منذ القرن الثامن عشر. الشيعة في البحرين التاريخية،... توزيع الشيعة في عمان، الوضع الديموغرافي / الديني ... شيعة السعودية والبحرين والعراق والإستعمار البريطاني، عقائد الشيعة في الخليج...
من هم أئمة الشيعة ولماذا هناك اثني عشر إماماً؟... عقيدة الشيعة في أهل السنة والجماعة... وغير ذلك من المحاور التي تناولت تلك القضايا بمنهجية علمية موضوعية رصينة.
