كما يشير الى انواع الاعتماد المستندي وصوره وآثاره ويبحث في ماهية مستندات الاعتماد وإذا تعرضت هذه المستندات للضياع والآثار والخسائر المترتبة على ضياعها يستأنف الحديث عن النظم التجارية للبيوع الدولية فيبحث ضمن هذا الاطار شروط تسليم المصنع والمستودعات والتزامات البائع والمشتري وكذلك شروط تسليم محطة القطار ويتعرض لدور البنوك في التزامها بفحص المستندات كما ينوه الى مخاطر الاعتماد المستندي وضمانات البنوك مركزا في الوقت نفسه على عيوب المستندات كما يلفت النظر الى التعويض عن الاضرار والحجز على حقوق الاطراف ويتطرق الى الكفالات المصرفية وخطاب الضمان فيتناول كيفية نشأة هذه الكفالات ومفهوم خطاب الضمان إضافة لذلك فهو يدرس التكييف القانوني لعلاقة أطراف خطاب الضمان ومدى التزام البنك بدفع أية مطالبة.
