فقد احتوى الكتاب بداية نشأة القانون المصرفي وشرح للعمليات المصرفية فعرف البنوك التجارية وأنشطتها ووظائفها ومن ثم بين مصادر القانون المصرفي وأساسه وخصائصه وتطرق إلى سريه المصاريف ومسئوليته وحقوقه.
ثم تناول الحساب الجاري نشأته وأنواعه والفوائد المصرفية وحساب الشركات المؤسسات الخاصة والعامة وتطرق إلى الودائع المصرفية تعريفها وأقسامها والتزام البنوك بقبول الودائع وردها ومن ثم تحدث عن أوراق التداول التجاري وصورها الشيكات والصكوك كما بين الكمبيالة ووظائفها التجارية وتناول بغد ذلك السند الأدنى وختم بكفالات المصرفية وخطابات الضمان.
