ويتألف القاموس من ثمانية فصول حيث يحتوي الفصل الأول على إشارات الأرقام، أما الفصل الثاني فيحتوي على إشارات العائلة، والفصل الثالث على إشارات الألوان، أما الفصل الرابع فيحتوي على إشارات المأكولات والخضار والفواكه، والفصل الخامس فيحتوي على إشارات المدن والأماكن العامة، أيضاً الفصل السادس يحتوي على إشارات الدول العربية والأجنبية، أما الفصل السابع فيحتوي على إشارات الحيوانات والطيور والزواحف، والفصل الثامن والأخير فيحتوي على إشارات لكلمات متفرقة من أفعال وإشارات لأماكن عامة.
