إن العولمة حالة ننتمي إليها، من حيث هي وجود تخص وجودنا كذوات حاضرة في هذا الوجود بالمعنى المتعدد للذات في وجودها الانطوائي والحضاري المتكثر، وليس هناك قيمة لما يدرسه أي دارس أكثر جدوى من أن ينكب درسه على ما ينتمي إلى زمانه، فقد حددت الفلاسفة هذا الانتماء إلى الزمان على أنه انتماء أصيل وحضور فعلي في التاريخ وكل من تجاوز زمانه أو ادعى ذلك، كان وعيه معتماً أو زائفاً. من هذا المنطق كان من الوعي الحق أن لا ننجذب إلى الوعي الزائف، فنطارد الأشباح تخيلاً بأنها كائنات حقة، أو نضاجع الأموات توهماً بأننا نتصل بأحياء، إذ أن العودة إلى الذاكرة المتراكمة بأحداثها أصبحت من المغذي الروحي لكل عقل فقد اتصاله بتاريخه، من حيث هو لحظة حضور فعلي، فليست هذه العودة السريعة إلى متراكم الذات الحضارية إلا فشلاً من الأنا المعاصرة في أن تكون منتمية لحاضرها، وكلما كان الفشل أعمق، كانت العودة أسرع، فالواقع لايواجه بالذاكرة، بل الإدراك الفعلي هو الذي يواجهه.
