يسلط هذا التقرير الضوء على حزب كاديما، ويتحدث عن ظروف نشأته، وأثر غياب شارون عنه. ثم يتعرض التقرير لرئاسة إيهود أولمرت للحزب، وفوزه في انتخابات الكنيست السابع عشر، وخوضه الحرب على لبنان، وإدارته لملف التسوية، وقضايا الفساد التي أحاطت به. ثم يعرض التقرير لفترة رئاسة تسيبي ليفني للحزب، والانتخابات الداخلية في كاديما، ومساعي ليفني لتشكيل حكومة جديدة. ويتحدث أيضا عن دور كاديما في العدوان على غزة، ثم يستعرض انتخابات الكنيست الثامن عشر وتداعياتها على الحزب.
