يعرض المؤلف في هذا الجزء الركن الثالث من أركان المسؤولية المدنية الذي لا تنهض المسؤولية دون توافره وهو رابطة السببية ويشترط توافر رابطة السببية بين الخطأ والضرر ضرورة عقلية قبل ان يكون شرطاً قانونياً إذ ليس من المقبول عقلاً ان يسأل الانسان عن ضرر لم يكن نتيجة فعله او فعل من يسأل عنه او ما يسأل عن أضرار من الاشياء التي تكون تحت حراسته.
ويتناول هذا الكتاب الحقوق الأدبية والتعويض عن الأضرار التي قد تنتج من التعد على الغير لا سيما تلك التي تشمل حريته وعرضه وشرفه او في سمعته او حتى في مركزه الاجتماعي او في اعتباره المالي وأيضا يبحث بالتعويض للأزواج والمقربين من الأسرة عما قد يصيبهم من ضرر أدبي بسبب موت المصاب ويبين انه لا ينتقل التعويض عن الضرر الادبي الا اذا تم تحديد قيمته بمقتضى اتفاق أو حكم نهائي.
وقد قسم المؤلف هذا الجزء الى قسمين وقد تخصص اولهما لرابطة السببية التي لا تقوم المسؤولية بدونهما فيعرض ماهيتها وكيف انها تعتبر ركناً مستقلاً لا يختلط بركن الخطأ، ومن ثم يعرض شرح الحالات الخاصة التي تعرض فيها لرابطة السببية.
أما القسم الثاني فقد خصص لبيان مدى حرية الطرفين في تعديل احكام المسؤولية ومدى الحرية التي يملكها الأفراد وفي كل قسم من هذه الأقسام قام المؤلف بعرض ومقارنة ومناقشة لكل الروابط السببية التي تخص الافراد كما جاءت مبينة في القانون المدني لتبيان لكل فرد من افراد المجتمع ماله وما عليه تجاه الغير .
