دراسة قانونية قام بإعدادها الدكتور عبد الرحمن محمد علي، الأستاذ في القانون الدولي والحائز على شهادة من مركز أبحاث أكاديمية لاهاي للقانون الدولي، حول الجرائم التي ارتكبت خلال العدوان الإسرائيلي على غزة في 27/12/2008-18/1/2009 وفقاً لمعاهدة روما المؤسِّسة للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية في لاهاي. ففي حين تدعي "إسرائيل" أنها بدأت عدوانها بحجة وقف الصواريخ الفلسطينية التي دكت "جنوب إسرائيل"، وأنها استهدفت في هجومها معاقل لأفراد المقاومة الفلسطينية فقط، إلا أن جميع التقارير الصادرة عن مراكز حقوق الإنسان تؤكد أن الجيش الإسرائيلي قد أفرط في استخدام القوة، وقام بتنفيذ حوالي 2,500 ضربة جوية، وأن غالبية المنشآت التي استُهدِفَت هي منشآت مدنية عامة وأملاك خاصة، تقع وسط أحياء سكنية مكتظة، مما أدى إلى إبادة أسر بكامل أفرادها. وهو ما يشكل انتهاكاً لجميع القوانين الدولية. ويضم الكتاب ثلاثة مباحث، تتناول جرائم الحرب والجرائم ضدّ الإنسانية المرتكبة في قطاع غزة خلال العدوان الإسرائيلي، حسب نصوص معاهدة روما، وطرق ملاحقة مجرمي الحرب الإسرائيليين.
