بعد إصدارنا لكتاب (قانون أصول المحاكمات المدنية: دراسة مقارنة)، الذي وقع في جزئين ونحو ألف صفحة، في طبعته الأولى عام 2003، ثم جرى تحديثه بالطبعة الثانية عام (2005-2006)، حيث تضمن دراسة مقارنة موسعة ومعمقة لأغلب موضوعات الأصول المدنية، وقد جرى تحكيمه وفقاً لأنظمة (الجامعة الأردنية)، باعتباره كتاباً يتضمن إضافة للمعرفة. إرتأينا إصدار كتاب جديد بعنوان: (الوجيز في قانون أصول المحاكمات المدنية الأردني)، ويتضمن دراسة (خالصة مركزة شاملة) لهذا القانون، بهدف: الاحاطة بمختلف التعديلات الجديدة لقانون أصول المحاكمات المدنية الأردني وآخرها القانون المعدل رقم (16) لسنة (2006)، ومسايرة الاجتهاد القضائي الأردني وخاصة اجتهاد محكمة التمييز ومحاكم الاستئناف. آملين أن نضع بين يدي رجال القانون والمشتغلين به من قضاة ومخامين وغيرهم، مؤلفاً مركزاً وخالصاً في القانون الأردني، وتسهيل مهمة طلبة كليات الحقوق في مختلف الجامعات الأردنية، وخاصة طلبة كلية الحقوق في الجامعة الأردنية العريقة، في دراسة مساق قانون أصول المحاكمات المدنية.
