كثيرة هي الكتب التي يفترى مؤلفوها على الشيعة، وقديم هو التأليف في هذا المجال...، ومن بين هذه الكتب كتاب محمود شكري الآلوسي، الموسوم بعنوان "المنحة الإلهية، تلخيص ترجمة التحفة الإثني عشرية". وقد صدر في طبعة أولى في بومبي، وفي طبعة ثانية في مصر، يلفت عنوان هذا الكتاب اهتمام القارئ، ويحثه على قراءته.
لكنه لا يلبث أن يفاجأ بما يتضمنه من افتراءات على الشيعة تصل إلى حدّ عدهم من الطوائف الخارجة عن الإسلام. وإن يكن هذا ليس جديداً في هذا المجال، فإن الآلوسي يزعم أنه مسلم تقي، ينتمي إلى شيعة الإمام علي عليه السلام، وينتسب إلى السلالة الحسينية.
وللرد على الآلوسي جاء الكتاب الذي بين يدينا والذي يشتمل على توضيح لما اشتمل عليه كتاب "المنحة الإلهية" وطريقته في النقد تتجلى بوصفه ملخص ما تناوله الآلوسي من المباحث المهمة والمواضيع التي وجد أنها تستحق المناقشة ثم قام بتنفيذ ما رآه جديراً بالتنفيذ، فحكى ألفاظه بعينها، وتبعها بما يزيح تمويهها ويجتث فسادها من منبته.
