في هذا الكتاب إستقراء لأهم ما تتضمنه التجارة الإلكترونية، وفحص لجميع مكوناتها الآلية، والتعاقدية، وتخريج الأحكام الشرعية لكل ما تم بحثه، مما أظهر نتيجة كلية واحدة، استفيدت من مقدمات متعددة، والتأمت من معرفة حكم ما تتركب منه تلك التجارة، وهي جواز ممارسة التجارة عبر الإنترنت إجمالاً، ويستثني من ذلك شيء يتعلق بالسلع التي تجري فيها علة الربا، وذلك في حالة أن يتم تسليم الثمن بعد التعاقد، مقابل الذهب والفضة، وما في معناهما مما يتعين بالتعيين، مما يعتبر مقصوداً لذاته، مثل أن تكون عملة نادرة ورقية، أو ذهبية أو فضية، لعدم إمكان حمل المعاملة على حال يصححها لتأجيل أحد البدلين، وهو الثمن، أو تأجيل البدلين، وهما السلعة وثمنها، وهذا محرم لأنه بيع مال ربوي بما اتفق معه في علة جريان الربا مع تأجيل الثمن، ويلحق بذلك ما بات يعرف بالمتاجرة بالهامش، لأنها متاجرة تشتمل نقضاً لقاعدة الخراج بالضمان، وغيرها من القواعد التي تقضي بمنع هذه المتاجرة، وما سوى ذلك مما يتم التعاقد عليه عبر الشبكة العالمية، جائز وتصححه الشريعة، ما دام يصح في العقود التي لا تبرم لا عن طريق الشبكة العالمية.
كما ظهر للباحث أن التوقيع الإلكتروني كاف لتصحيح الثقة بصدور التعاقد عن مؤهلين، ولا يعكر هذا على حق رفض صفقة من الصفقات، لدى وجود عملية يعترض عليها صاحب التوقيع، لإمكان وجود خلل تقني، أو ما شابه ذلك، ولكن هذا الحق المكتسب بموجب جميع القوانين خاضع لنظر القاضي على أساس أنه إستثناء وليس قاعدة، إذ تقع على عاتق المعترض مسؤولية الطعن في صحة تلك العملية، وهو شيء تقتضيه الشريعة، ويتناسب مع منطق العصر؛ هذا أهم ما يمكن تلخيصه من الرسالة، وأهم ما يستفاد منها.
