فإن الثقافة الثانية، أو الجانب الآخر من الثقافة، وما أنتجته -على ضعفه- من اعتداله، وعقلية نقدية، تتميز بالموضوعية والعقلانية، تعترف بالمخالف، وتمد صوبه الجسور، وتعترف بإيجابيته، كونها مكاسب للوطن كله.
