Book Description
الهدف والغرض من هذا الكتاب هو نفسه الهدف والغرض من الكتاب الأول والذي يحمل عنوان: الصحابي رضي الله عنه يسأل، والنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يجيب، وهو الترتيب والتسهيل.
في الكتاب الأول يجيب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على سؤال الصحابي، وجوابه حكم شرعي قطعي.
أما في الكتاب الثاني، فإن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لم يترك إجابة الصحابي من دون أن يقرها أو يعطي الإجابة الصحيحة عليها، حتى تكون منهاجاً وشرعة للناس كافة، كإجابته على الصحابي في الكتاب الأول حتى يرث الله الأرض ومن عليها.
ومن أمثلة ذلك: ما جاء في حديث عمران بن حصين الخزاعي أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم رأى رجلاً معتزلاً لم يصل في القوم، فقال: يا فلان ما منعك أن تصلي في القوم؟"
فقال: يا رسول الله أصابتني جنابة ولا ماء. قال: "عليك بالصعيد فإنه يكفيك". فلو سكت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على إجابة الصحابي، لكان الحكم لا صلاة لجنب في غياب الماء.
ولكن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أعطى الحكم الشرعي لمن أصابته جنابة ولم يجد ماء، وهو التيمم، وهو حكم للناس جميعاً إلى قيام الساعة.
