- رئيس تحرير مجلّة الباحث، باريس- فرنسا.
- أُستاذ فلسفة حديثة ومعاصرة ودراسات عليا في الجامعة اللبنانيّة.

حرّر عدداً كبيراً من المواد والمقالات في الموسوعة الفلسفيّة العربيّة، الصادرة في معهد الإنماء العربي.

- الذاكرة، التاريخ، النسيان لـ بول ريكور، دار الكتاب الجديد المتحدة، بيروت، 2009.
ترجم أيضاً الفلسفة الأخلاقيّة لـ مونيك كانتو سبيربر وروفين أوجيان و تاريخ الكثلكة لـ ايف برولي وتاريخ بيزنطية لـ جان كلود شينيه المنشورة في دار الكتاب الجديد المتحدة، بيروت.
الجوائز: - جائزة الشيخ زايد للكتاب 2007.
- جائزة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الدولية للترجمة 2011.
