"بأحرف من دم، سيكتب التاريخ اسمنا، بريشة من دمع، سيرسم التاريخ رسمنا، نحن الفقراء، ونحن البؤساء، ربيعنا صحراء، وأيامنا شقاء... ولنا شهداء... في الأرض أحياء ولنا أعداء... جبناء جبناء... بأحرف من دم سيكتب التاريخ اسمنا، بريشة من دمع سيرسم التاريخ رسمنا فنحن الفلاحين ونحن الكادحين... ويل المجرمين ويل الرجعيين من غضب السجان، ونصرنا اليقين... نحن من الجنوب من شفق الغروب، شموعنا لا تذوب، يا أيها الشعوب، وليس في الهروب نصرنا اليقين.. هبوا إلى الكفاح، وأشهر السلاح، ولتنزف الجراح، وتصد الرياح، وتكسر الرماح، وليشرق الصباح، ونصرنا اليقين، يا أيها الثوار... يا أيها الأحرار، اقضوا على الأشرار، وحققوا انتصار... فشعبنا مغوار، وليلنا قهار... ونصرنا اليقين... يا أيها الجنود... هيا إلى الحدود... وأشعلوا البارود، فأرواح الجدود، في جنة الخلود، واكسروا القيود... يا أيها الأسود ونصرنا اليقين..".
صاحب هذا الديوان الشعري هو أحد المناضلين في جبهة المقاومة الوطنية اللبنانية، وقد بلغت مجموع المهمات التي قام بها حتى تاريخ استشهاده أكثر في 200 مهمة وعملية عسكرية ودورية استطلاع ونقل وتجهيز في إطار مهمات جبهة المقاومة الوطنية اللبنانية، وديوانه هذا يحتوي على أولى الكلمات التي رسمها يراعه بعد خروجه من معتقل البطولة والكرامة أنصار، وفيه رسم صوراً من بطولات المجاهدين، الذين سطروا بدمائهم أسطورة الكفاح... ورسموا ببنادقهم لوحة الوطن... ونحتوا بمناجلهم مستقبل الشعب.
