هذا الكتاب أجوبة على أسئلة وردت من الشاه فتح علي القارجاري وهو أول كتاب للمصنف ألفه في العقيدة. وبين فيه حقيقة الوحي والخطاب وما يستلزم ذلك من العصمة والنور الظاهر على الطور، وماهية الكلام الظاهر لموسى عليه السلام من الشجرة وجهة الاختصاص. والكتاب يقع في عشرة مقامات جعل المقام الأول لبيان الفعل والمشيئة ومحلها، وجعل المقام الثاني لتعريف العصمة التي هي لعطف رباني يمنع من فعل المعصية، والميل إليها مع القدرة عليها. أما المقام الثالث فهو بيان لكيفية تجلي الله لعبادة في كلامه، وحقيقة الجذب، وبين المقام الرابع الأوامر والنواهي التي تحدث في ألواح الكائنات وفي المقام الخامس تبيان لمعنى الوحي بالمشافهة ومراتب الوحي.
أما المقام السادس فيبين أن العوالم بأسرها كليها وجزئيها كتب إلهية وهي مظهر الكلمات التامات ويبين المؤلف في المقام السابع أن كلام الله تعالى معاني أي ذوات وصفات وألفاظ وتكلمه بها إيجادها. ويفصل في المقامين الثامن والتاسع معنى الكلمات التامات والآيات المحكمات والآخر المتشابهات ويختتم في المقام العاشر بالكلام على قوله تعالى "ولما جاء موسى لميقاتنا...) غلى آخر الآية، يذكر أن المحقق قد اعتمد على النسخة الوحيدة المتوفرة وهي يخط المؤلف فعهد إلى تقطيع النص وأضاف ما يقتضيه السياق وقام بتخريج الآيات والروايات والأقوال وزود المخطوط بفهارس للآيات والأحاديث والأعلام والمصطلحات والموضوعات التي وردت في الكتاب.
