لقد أخذت الحروب المنظمة ضد العالم العربي، وتحديداً الجانب الشرقي منه (الهلال الخصيب، والجزيرة العربية) تتزايد شراسة وتأثيراً مما أحدث إشكالا من الحروب تتلاءم وطبيعة تنوع الخطط المرحلية... وبوسائل تتدرج وفق سلم تصاعدي.
لذلك كان هذا الكتاب، محاولة علمية لإنارة شمعة في حلكة الظلام العربي. لعل هذا الضوء يسهل سلوك النفق بعد طول تخبط.
