لا لن تنتظر طويلاً في صباح الغد، الم تلاحظ ذلك من الموعد الذي بات في التاسعة بدلاً من الثامنة صباحاً؟
وأدركت عندها أن جميع الذين تستدعيهم مديرية المخابرات العامة يمرون بالتجربة إياها، ينتظرون في غرفة مقفلة من الثامنة صباحاً إلى الواحدة ظهراً.
أما في اليوم التالي فينتظرون من التاسعة حتى الثانية عشر ظهراً باختصار ساعتين.
ودفع محدثي إلى بقصاصة مسحوبة على الستنسل بالحبر الأزرق والتي تستخدم السبيرتو آنذاك، وقد ملأ فراغها بقلمه فأصبحت: "السيد... محمود غزالي... لمراجعة مديرية المخابرات العامة قسم الأجانب... السبت... الموافق... 13/2/1977...".
التوقيع 8/2/1977 ثم دفع إلي بقصاصة كتبها بخطه تطلب معلومات محددة:
-تاريخ وتأسيس الحزب، أهدافه، مبادئه، نظامه.
-الحركات التي خطط لها الحزب في لبنان، أسبابها، أسباب فشلها.
-انقسام الحزب، القسم المنفصل عن الحزب، موقف ودور الحزب في أحداث لبنان الأخيرة. وموقف الحزب المنفصل.
-أسماء المسؤولين والعناصر في الشقين، "مجالس العمد".
عشية الموعد المضروب، اصطدمت طائرة الملكة علياء بالجبل وتوفيت، وانشغل الجميع بتنظيم المأتم الرسمي لها، وغاب عن بالهم أن مطلوباً اسمه محمود غزالي، يجب أن يمثل بين أيديهم، فركبت سيأتي عائداً إلى بيروت، متجنباً المرور في المثلث الاستراتيجي الذي يقوم عليه "هيلتون أبو الرسول".
