لماذا هذه التداعيات والتأملات التي تقترب من حد الاعتراف أحياناً، هذه الرسائل التي تبدو شخصية جداً، وهذه اليوميات التفصيلية، وهذه اللقطات التي تبدو وكأنها تجزأة من نصوص أوسع وتخطيطات قلمية تبدو كأنها "سكيتشات" لنصوص يمكن أن تكتب لاحقاً... لماذا كل هذا؟ هذه الهواجس والخواطر واللقطات والرسائل والحكايات عن حياة الأنصار... معاركهم، شهدائهم، همومهم، طموحاتهم، ذكرياتهم، نوادرهم... الخ، هذه التفاصيل الحميمة من الأشياء الكبيرة التي تشير لنفسها بأصابع من نار، وأشياء أخرى تبدو مهملة قد لا ينتبهه لها أحد... كل هذه الصور التي يقترب بعضها من شكل القصة والآخر من شكل القصة... هذا كله أراد له المؤلف أن يتآلف كباقة من أضواء، باقة من المحبة والدمع والنرجس، ولتكون كوة صغيرة، يطل منها القارئ على حياة مشرقة، مزدحمة بكل ما هو عادي وبهي في الوقت ذاته، هي... حياة الأنصار!
هذه الكتابات لا تدعي لنفسها التاريخ لحياة الأنصار، لكنها تحاول وبتواضع أن تكون شيئاً من التلمس لتضاريس هذه الحياة، وبعيداً عن الشكل التقليدي لليوميات، فهذه النصوص المكتوبة خلال فترة زمنية ليست قصيرة والتي نشر بعض منها في الصحافة الأنصارية الدفترية، كتبت في خضم هذه الحياة، كتبت على أكياس ورقية ساعة أن نمر الورق، في كهوف رطبة باردة على ضوء شموع، بعضها كتب خلسة خلال "التوقفات" عند احتدام الأحداث والمعارك، وفي أحسن الأحوال كتبت هند استراحات الأنصار على مشارف القرى والمدن، عند خاصرة جبل تحت شمس الوطن، أو في قاعدة للأنصار! هذه النصوص-اليوميات-تسعى ضمن ما تسعى إليه، أن تختزن نبض اللحظة، مرارة الموقف، ودفئ الحالة، وهي بهذا تحاول أن تقترب من أحد أهدافها.
