وهذا العدد من المجلة هو الرابع، ويغطي شتاء 2000م 1420هـ، وهو يدور حول محور "الفكر السياسي للإمام الخميني" العامة والمحاولة لتسليط الضوء على الرؤى الفقهية السياسية له في ما يرتبط بالعناصر الأساسية للخطاب السياسي. ذلك أن عدة مقالات ضمن ملف العدد قد سعت إلى إبراز مواقف الإمامة الفكرية والسياسية حيال الحرية السياسية، السلطة ودور الجهاد في ممارسة السلطة، والأسس النظرية والعلاقات الدولية وغير ذلك.
