في هذا الكتاب إضاءات ساطعة على الحقوق والمزايا التي يوفرها قانون الضمان للمنضوين تحت مظلته، وهي مزايا على جانب كبير من الأهمية، تعكس البعد المنفعي التأميني في أكثر من إتجاه، في من جانب تمثل منفعة ذاتية للمؤمن عليه، يجنيها عند لحظة معينة تتوافر لديه فيها شروط إستحقاقها القانونية، كما أنها من جانب آخر تمثل منفعة مجتمعية، من خلال ما تعكسه من فوائد وإيجابيات كثيرة على المجتمع، وعلى الإقتصاد الوطني من بعد.
ويعتبر المؤلف أحد المراجع الهامة في موضوع الضمان الإجتماعي حيث أنه يعمل حالياً مديراً لأحد فروع المؤسسة العامة للضمان الإجتماعي (منطقة غرب عمان) كما تبوأ عدة مراكز في المؤسسة العامة للضمان الإجتماعي.
