والتشديد برمته الموجه في شكل ضغط على الإنتاجية، يركز أول ما يركز على التكيف، التكيف مع إحتياجات المجتمع ومطاليبه ومقاييسه، ومستوياته، والتكيف مع ما ينهمك به الرجال والنساء من أعمال.
