"لازم منهاج المدرسة الإسلامية الإنسان منذ القدم، فعندما خالف آدم عليه السلام وزوجه أمر الحق سبحانه وتعالى بالابتعاد عن الشجرة والأكل منها، تقرر هبوطهما إلى الأرض، ووعدهما الحق سبحانه وتعالى بإرسال منهاج المدرسة الإسلامية لهما ولذريتهما من بعد. وقد تتابع نزول منهاج المدرسة الإسلامية على مر العصور البشرية عن طريق الأنبياء والرسل عليهم السلام، لهدايتهم إلى طريق الخير كلما انحرفوا عن جادة الطريق القويم.
وبيّن الحق سبحانه وتعالى أن منهاج المدرسة الإسلامية اكتمل ببعثة النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وآله وصحبه وسلم؛ لذلك جاءت رسالته صلى الله عليه وآله وصحبه وسلم رسالة عالمية للناس كافة وشاملة لجوانب الحياة المختلفة.
فمنهاج المدرسة الإسلامية ليس حكرا على فئة محددة من البشر، بل هو للبشرية جمعاء. إن مما لا شك فيه أن منهاج المدرسة الإسلامية لم يترك أمرا من أمور الدنيا إلا وأتى بالنظم التي تحكمه وتبينه، فلا بد إذاً أن تكون هذه النظم صالحة للتطبيق في كل زمان ومكان إلى أن يرث الحق سبحانه وتعالى الأرض ومن عليها.
لقد احتوى منهاج المدرسة الإسلامية على نظام متكامل من الحقوق والواجبات، يبين للإنسان كيفية العيش على وجه هذه الأرض مع أخيه الإنسان بنظام وأمن وسلام.
يتسم نظام الحقوق والواجبات في منهاج المدرسة الإسلامية بخصائص تميزه عن كافة النظم الوضعية، فهو نظام متكامل من الحقوق والواجبات مصدره كتاب الله سبحانه وتعالى وسنة نبيه محمد صلى الله عليه وآله وصحبه وسلم، والمصدر الإلهي لنظام الحقوق والواجبات في منهاج المدرسة الإسلامية يؤكد صدقه وثباته المطلق؛ لأنه ينبثق من الرؤية الصادقة والحقيقية للكون والإنسان والحياة، فالذي خلق الإنسان أعلم به وبما ينفعه وما يضره، وأعلم بالمنهاج الذي يسعده بتوازن دقيق بين عيشه في العالم الفيزيقي والعالم الميتافيزيقي."
