عبد الكريم برشيد كاتب صحفي ومؤلف ومخرج مسرحي وُلد سنة 1943 بمدينة بركان شمال المغرب.

السعيد بلبشير سنة 1983.
عضو اتحاد كتاب المغرب.
رئيس تحرير مجلة التأسيس-دفاتر مسرحية والتي أصدرت من مدينة مكناس سنة 1986.
يشغل حاليا مهام مندوب إقليمنذر حياته للمسرح ابداعا ونقدا وتنظيرا، وهو الاب الروحي للاحتفالية في المسرح؛ ذلك انه إلى جانب كونه مبدعا متميزا بنصوصه المسرحية ذات الطابع التجريبي قد قدّم التنظير على شكل بيانات تحمل اسم "بيانات المسرح الاحتفالي"؛ وقد جمع هذه البيانات في كتاب سمّاه "المسرح الاحتفالي"، ثم تلت ذلك كتب نقدية تحمل سمات التنظير أهمها: "الكائن والممكن في المسرح الاحتفالي" و"الاحتفالية: مواقف مضادّة" و"الاحتفالية في أفق التسعينات" و"غابة الاشارات" لوزارة الثقافة على اقليم محافظة الخميسات

"اسمع يا عبد السميع" مسرحية تنتهي لتبدأ وتبدأ لتنتهي، وبين البدء الذي ليس بدءاً والختام الذي ليس ختاماً تتمدد الحياة، حياة زوجين هما الخامسة وعبد السميع... هذا الثنائي يختزل داخله الناس جميعاً، كما أن الفضاء الذي يعيشان فيه يختصر كل الزمان والمكان... أن الهناك حاضر في الهنا، وما كان وسوف يكون متواجد في الآن... رجل وامرأة يجمعهما فضاء واحد، ولكنهما -داخلياً- يحملان فضاءين اثنين. المرأة ملتصقة بالأرض والرجل متعلق بالسماء. فهل يلتقيان؟ الخامسة تحلم بالإنجاب داخل البيت الضيق، أما عبد السميع فيسعى إلى الاختراع، اختراع ما يسعد كل البيوت -اليوم وغداً؟
وتحت الإلحاح يخرج عبد السميع من البيت، يخرج ثم لا يعود، لقد ذهب للبحث عمن يصلح بيته فكان أن ضاع داخل فساد العالم، وتخرج الخامسة للبحث عنه، لتجده في وجوه الآخرين، تجده كل الناس: المداح الأعمى في السوق وساعي البريد وقارئ الرسالة.
هل حقاً ضاع عبد السميع حين أصبح قضية؟ هل اختفى عندما انتقل من حالة المفرد إلى حالة الجمع؟ عبد السميع من يكون؟ هل هو حقاً خرافة؟ "وخرافة" أيكون بالفعل خرافة؟ ما بين الحقيقي والوهمي والصحو والسكر غير شعرة... ومسرحية اسمع يا عبد السميع -هي هذه الشعرة.
