دراسة علميّة تكشف عن كل ما يتعلق بحماية حقوق الملكيّة الصناعيّة حماية قانونية؛ لكي تستفيد من نتائجها المملكة العربيّة السعوديّة وغيرها من الدول. ومن أجل هذا الهدف أثارت هذه الدراسة تساؤلات عدة تصب في مصلحة الشخص صاحب الحق الصناعيّ، منها: ما المراد بهذه الحماية؟ وما الإجراءات النظاميّة التي تكفل للشخص حماية حقه الصناعيّ الذي أنتجه؟ ومتى يسقط حقه الوطنيّ في ذلك؟ وهل يوجد طريق آخر للحصول على هذا الحق في حال سقوطه؟ وفي حالة تنازع الحماية الوطنيّة والاتفاقيّات الدوليّة فيما بينها كيف يكون حصول الشخص على الحماية التي تكفل له عدم ضياع حقه الصناعيّ، وما الأثر الاقتصاديّ والتجاريّ الذي يعود على الدولة عند حمايتها الحقوق الصناعيّة وردها إلى أصحابها؟
