ومن خلال هذا البحث نحاول أن نلقي ضوءاً على ماهية الحماية الجنائية للرسوم والنماذج الصناعي في القانونين المصري والقطري، وذلك في بابين نستعرض في أولهما الشروط اللازم توافرها في الرسم أو النموذج الصناعي حتى يكون أهلاً للحماية الجنائية، ونتناول في ثانيهما القواعد التجريمية للاعتداء على الرسوم والنماذج الصناعية المحمية، على أن نستهل مؤلفنا بفصل تمهيدي نوضح فيه المقصود بالرسوم والنماذج الصناعية وأهمية الحماية الجنائية لها كما نعرض فيه لمنهج الموضوع وخطته.
