-ويتحدث في الفصل الثاني عن (التاريخي والسياسي في الدولة والدين... والصراع على الشرعية).
-واتجه في الفصل الثالث إلى (الدينيّ "والإجتماعي والأخلاقي" والسياسي... والمسافة غير الفاصلة بين الدولة والدين).
-ووقف في الفصل الرابع على (ظاهرة "دين الدولة" التاريخاني... والتحدّي السياسي أمام "الدولة" المعاصرة).
-وأما في الفصل الخامس فيتناول المؤلف ("الدستور" و"الدستور المعاصر").
-الفصل السادس موقوف على (الدستور "والدين السياسي" في "الدستور").
-ثم يتحدث عن (ملاحظات خاصّة... في "مقدّمة الدستور").
-ويختتم هذا الكتاب بحديثٍ عن (مقدمة الدستور).
