"..الحقيقة الكبرى هي أننا نعيش ونحيا/لنفتش عن الحقيقة/والحقيقة الأخرى هي أننا لن نصل إلى الحقيقة لأننا لم نخلق ولم نُعدّ لنمتلك الحقيقة المطلقة..".
فـ"خذ عني حزني/أريد أن يضمني/فناء الغبطة". يأتي هذا الديوان في "شعر النثر" للأديبة والشاعرة اللبنانية المعروفة بلغتها البليغة الجميلة، وبانتاجها الغزير في الشعر والنثر والدراسات الأدبية، وبنشاطها المتنوع والتزامها بقضايا وطنها الفكرية والثقافية والتربوية، ليعبّر عن خلاصة ما أنتجته انشغالات الكاتبة في مواضيع عصرنا الحالي.
في البعاد بين عاشقين، هل تنفع تقنيات الاتصال الحديثة؟: "وأنت../ أنت ايضاً/تأتيني برسالتك/من جوف الكومبيوتر/كأنها عقد مرجان مقطع.."، "ألا تدري أن الكلمات تمتصها الآلة.." وهل للكلمات من دور: "لأجلك/أُغلق كلماتي/لأصغي إلى بعدك." فـ"الطريق إليك/ مرصع بنجوم البعد"، و"عتمة الليل/شروق لك"، حين تتأكد أن الحب لا يوصل إلا لمكان واحد: "لأجلك/أخذني الحب إلى الحب".
وهل للشعر من هوية: " أيكون الشعر/هو الصلاة/الشعر لا يصلي/يتعالى إلهاً/ثم يتساقط في أودية الحيرة/الشعر هو صريع الحيرة".
بين الأفكار والأحلام وفواتير الحسابات والأرقام يدور صراع: "حولي أكداس الكتب/تفتش مثلي عن الحقيقة/بعيداً عن حسابات صغيرة/تسجن أيامنا..."، و"الأحلام تقاوم"، "يهزم بعضها بعضاً/ وأنا بها المهزومة/أنا المهزومة!.."
كيف يمكن التنكّر للحلم: "الحلم ولدك/كيف تهجره/يحبو وحيداً/يتخبط في الوهم/ويبكي". ولا إجابة عن السؤال "ما معنى أن أكون امرأة/وطريقي إلى الشمس/رجال ينحرون عينّي.."
لا يمكن التغاضي عن الفقر: "الفقر يتكاثر يتناسل/إنه هزيمة/ مكّرسة/ في هياكل الكفر"، وقد أصبح "الناس كتل ضياع/القلق يفترس ماء الوجوه.."، و"الدين/بشر يتخاضون/ثم يساومون/ليركبّوا وطناً/بعد كل عاصفة".
وتبقى "حكاية الحكايات/بلادي/أهلها/عشائرالعشائر/فئات الفئات/ جماعات الجماعات/فرق الفرق.." في ظل هذه الظروف وهذه الأوضاع وهذا الخواء الذي لا يجلب الكثير من الأمل، لم يبق لذات الشاعر المرهفة إلا الهجرة، "الهجرة إلى الورق".
