تقدّم "ديمة ونّوس"، في محاولتها الكتابية الأولى، مجموعة من "الصور البشرية"، يكمل بعضها بعضاً، منتهية إلى صورة "المجتمع الفقير"، وهي فيما تفعل ترصد تفاصيل حياتية يومية، تُدرج "صورها" في "الأدب التسجيلي" أو تكاد.
ترصد الكاتبة، في نماذجها البشرية المتناظرة، معنى "المجتمع الفقير"، حيث مَنْ يملك يفتقر إلى القيم الإنسانية البسيطة، ومَنْ لا يملك يفتقر إلى كل شيء، ومع أن الكاتبة تتخذ من ثنائية القامع والمقموع محوراً لها، فإنها تتعامل أولاً، مع آثار القمع المتمادية، التي تُفقر الإنسان وتحوّله إلى ظلال.
ولعل هذا الفقر الشامل الذي لا يستبقي من الإنسان إلاّ ظلاله، هو ما يفرض التكرار وتماثل الوجوه، منتهياً إلى سخرية سوداء، تعلن عنها ملامح البشر وأقدارهم، قبل أن تفصح عنها اللغة، ربما يكون التكرار، الذي يحيل على مجتمع لا جديد فيه، كما السخرية السوداء، التي هي التعبير الفني عنه، هو ما يجعل هذه التجربة الكتابية الأولى جديرة بالقراءة والتأمل. تنطوي هذه الكتابة على شهادة مزدوجة: شهادة على زمن موحش- يملي "التداعي" مبتدأ للكتابة. وشهادة على مجتمع يجعل من ممارسة الأدب مهنة شاقة. إذ لا موقع للأدب في مجتمع يلهث وراء رغيف مفقود. هذه كتابة تدافع عن الأدب وهي تدافع عن الحياة. أو تدافع عن العلاقتين وهي ترى إلى زمن تحرّر من التجانس والتكرار.
