جمع الأب سهيل قاشا بين الحضور الذاكرة وتجذرها بالإنتماء الوطني والإلتزام برسالة ومعنى ودور الوجود المسيحي في المشرق، ديار منشأها، والمكان الذي تشهد فيه للحق والمحبة من جهة، وبين تحديات الخارج والداخل التي تهدد الوجود المسيحي في مهده وتخطط لاقتلاعهم بالهجرة والتهجير والتغريب والألغاء من جهة أخرى.
