وجاء الفصل الثاني تحت عنوان صفات الصحفي المعاصر ومهاراته.
حين جاء الفصل الثالث من هذا الكتاب لتناول أساسيات النجاح للصحفي الاستقصائي.
أما الفصل الرابع فقد تم تخصيصه لتناول متطلبات النجاح للصحفي المتخصص.
واختص الفصل الخامس بالصحفي الاستقصائي، وقد جاء تحت عنوان: أسس النجاح للصحفي الاستقصائي.
واستحوذ صحفي الانترنت على الفصل السادس، إذ حمل هذا الفصل عنوان: مستلزمات النجاح لصحفي الانترنت.
