عبد الإله بلقزيز كاتب مغربي معاصر حاصل على شهادة دكتوراة الفلسفة من جامعة محمد الخامس بالرباط.
ويشغل منصب أمين عام المنتدى المغربي العربي في الرباط، وهو أيضاً مدير الدراسات في "مركز دراسات الوحدة العربية" في بيروت سابقاً.
نشر مئات المقالات في صحف عربية عدة منها: الخليج والحياة والسفير والنهار.
كما صدر له واحد وثلاثون كتاباً.هو حاليا أستاذ في كلية الاداب و العلوم الانسانية ابن مسيك أستاذ الفلسفة في كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية – جامعة الحسن الثاني – الدار البيضاء.
له مؤلفات عديدة، منها: - المسألة الوطنية الفلسطينية (1989) - زمن الانتفاضة (2000) - في الديمقراطية والمجتمع المدني (2000) - نهاية الداعية (2000) - الخطاب الإصلاحي في المغرب (1996) - الإسلام والسياسة (2001) - الدولة في الفكر الإسلامي المعاصر (2002، 2004) - تكوين المجال السياسي الإسلامي (2005)
Book Description
يحلّل الكتاب مرحلة دقيقة من تاريخ المغرب السياسي، هي مرحلة ما قبل إحتلاله والسنوات الأولى من ذلك الإحتلال، لكنه لا يُؤرِّخ للوقائع، لأنه ليس كتاباً في التاريخ، وإنما يؤرِّخ للفكر الإصلاحي فيه أو قُلْ، للدقة، يحلّل الأدبيات الإصلاحية التي كتبها مثقفون مغاربة منذ مطالع أربعينيات القرن التاسع عشر، وفي جملتهم فقهاء، ورحّالة، ومؤرّخون، أهَّلوا فيها للفكرة الإصلاحية تأهيلاً شرعياً، وناضلوا عنها نضالاً مستميتاً مع المخزن ( = الدولة السلطانية)، في الغالب، في مواجهته أحياناً.
وكان هؤلاء، في تأصيلهم ذاك، تطويعُ مدوّنتهم الفقهية التقليدية وإعتصارُها قصد تكييفها مع موجبات الإصلاح ومقتضيات المَدَنيّة الحديثة.
ومع أنّ معرفةَ أكثرهم بالأفكار السياسية الأوروبية الحديثة الوافدة كانت متواضعة، في ذلك الحين، إلاّ أنّ تحدي المَدَنيّة الأوروبية، الماثل أمامهم، لم يترك من سبيلٍ أمامهم إلى كفِّ أخطار الإنسحاق أمام زحف تلك المدنيّة، وزحف جيوشها الغازية، سوى توسُّل الأسباب عينها التي قادت أوروبا إلى الإنتهاض، نهضتها الكبرى: العلم، الحرية، الإنتاج، الديمقراطية والحياة الدستورية.
